✨ The Day Cicha Chose Herself

Cicha never thought a simple moment would change the way she saw everything.

One afternoon, she came across something she was never meant to see a conversation that quietly questioned her place in the company.

It wasn’t loud. It wasn’t confrontational.
But it was enough.

They questioned her capability.
They compared her to others.
They formed conclusions without ever truly understanding the full picture.

What they didn’t see was everything she carried behind the scenes.

The extra responsibilities.
The silent role expansions.
The weight she held without title, without recognition, without pause.

She stayed when things got difficult.
She stepped in when others couldn’t.
She made sure things worked even when no one was watching.

But effort, when unseen, becomes easy to dismiss.

That day, she allowed herself to feel everything  the disappointment, the exhaustion, the quiet breaking point.

And in that silence, she realized something that changed everything:

Not all leaders lead.

Some manage tasks.
Some measure output.
Some compare, replace, and reposition.

But real leadership?

It stands behind people.
It sees potential before perfection.
It strengthens what is lacking instead of quietly writing people off because of it.

Because a team is not built by finding perfect individuals.
It is built by leaders who choose not to give up on their people.

And not every place understands that.

Some environments will take what you give and still question your worth.
Some will benefit from your loyalty while preparing your replacement in silence.
And some will decide who you are, long before you’re given a fair chance to show it.

In that moment, everything became clear.

This was no longer about proving herself.
It never really was.

It was about choosing where her effort would be seen,
where her growth would be supported,
and where her presence would actually matter.

So she made a decision not out of anger,
but out of clarity.

She stopped trying to belong in a place that had already made up its mind.

And instead, she chose herself.

Because the right environment won’t make you question your worth 
it will help you build it.

Khusus buat Jobseeker

           Masa-masa rapuhnya Jobseeker. Heyy hoo gaiss sudah lama aku tidak menuangkan isi pikiranku ke dalam blog ini. Malam ini aku mau berbagi cerita dan mungkin sedikit tips terkait jobseeker yang dulu pernah kulakukan. Dulu aku sempat menjadi jobseeker yang hampir desperate karena 4 bulan sudah jadi full time jobseeker tapi masih belum dapat kerja.  Awalnya aku jadi jobseeker yang sembarangan, which mean semua tempat aku lamar. Tapi, aku tetap gigih mencari profesi HRD hanya saja semua ranah aku coba. Ranah pendidikan, banking, perusahaan manufaktur, biro konsultasi, teknologi, fnb, dsb. Kemudian, aku mulai lebih memahami diri sendiri dan filter ranah-ranah yang lebih cocok dengan profilku. Sampai aku mendapati diriku lebih cocok di ranah perusahaan / industri.  Setelah itu, aku mulai membuat tabel seperti dibawah ini Tabel ini berguna supaya aku tahu berapa persentase fail or successku dari tempat yang sudah aku apply. Koin Tanpa Angka

  Koin Tanpa Angka Saat kita melempar koin kita pasti punya peluang yang sama antara mendapatkan angka atau gambar. Tapi bagaimana jadinya bila sebuah koin tercetak tanpa angka? Apakah koin tersebut sudah tidak bisa disebut sebagai "koin"? Apakah koin tersebut sudah tak bernilai? Apakah orang-orang akan menghempaskan dan membuang koin itu? Kehidupan kita seperti koin, terkadang kehidupan kita diawali dengan sisi angka begitu juga dengan sisi gambar. Tapi manakah yang lebih baik? sisi angka karena menunjukkan nilai? atau sisi gambar karena melambangkan ciri khas negara? Atau keduanya sama-sama baik? atau keduanya sama-sama buruk? Anw, apa kalian masih ingat dulu ketika main bola di lapangan kita selalu menggunakan koin sebagai penentu sisi lapangan? Mungkin ketika kita berada di lapangan kita sering berharap "lebih baik sisi kanan daripada sisi kiri, ahh semoga saja dapat sisi koin yang gambar jangan sisi angka" ternyata mendapatkan sisi angka lalu kita mengumpat ...
